Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with potential students and parents to understand their musical goals and recommend appropriate programs
- Promote Sparks Music programs through various channels and generate leads
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents
- Conduct product demonstrations and trial sessions for prospective students
- Stay updated on music industry trends and program offerings
- Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure smooth student onboarding and progress
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
- Passion for music and willingness to learn about music education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales goals
- Strong presentation skills and ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
