In this role, you will act as the bridge between ambitious students and our world-class coding education programs.

As a Student Advisor, you will manage the full sales cycle—from converting inbound leads into eager learners to nurturing long-term relationships with our students and parents. Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with prospective students and parents via phone, chat, and face-to-face consultations.
- Conduct professional presentations and demos to showcase the value of Koding Next programs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to enrollment conversion.
- Maintain a high conversion rate by following up effectively on all assigned leads.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure high retention.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and track performance against individual and team targets.
- Provide accurate and helpful advice regarding academic programs and coding career paths.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Communications, Management, or Psychology is a plus).
- Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or consulting role, preferably in the education or tech industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential students/parents.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Technologically savvy and comfortable using CRM tools or sales tracking systems.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
