Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized academic guidance and career counseling to students
- Develop and implement student care programs aligned with educational standards
- Monitor student progress and create improvement plans for at-risk learners
- Facilitate workshops on study skills, time management, and emotional intelligence
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to address student-specific challenges
- Document student interactions and maintain comprehensive case files
- Organize community engagement activities to strengthen student support networks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in student counseling or academic support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
- Certification in educational counseling or student development preferred
- Proficiency in educational software and data analysis tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Empathetic approach with proven ability to motivate students
