Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to guide students and parents on course selection and educational pathways.
- Promote and sell educational programs, courses, and services to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Organize and participate in educational seminars, workshops, and campus tours.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from inquiry to enrollment.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to retain clients and build long-term relationships.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or education counseling (experts preferred).
- Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written); English proficiency is also required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
