Tanggung Jawab
- Counsel prospective undergraduate students on academic programs, entry requirements, and career pathways
- Conduct student recruitment activities including information sessions, campus tours, and education fairs
- Manage and nurture student inquiries through all stages of the application process
- Collaborate with academic departments to enhance student experience and retention strategies
- Maintain accurate student records and application data in CRM systems
- Develop and implement recruitment campaigns targeting prospective students
- Provide ongoing academic guidance and support to enrolled students
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in student recruitment or educational counseling
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of Malaysian education system and undergraduate programs
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
