Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive counseling to prospective students on UK/Ireland study options, entry requirements, and application procedures
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and enroll international students
- Conduct educational presentations and information sessions for students and parents
- Manage student applications through the entire cycle from inquiry to enrollment
- Maintain accurate records and reports in CRM systems
- Build and maintain relationships with partner institutions in the UK and Ireland
- Stay updated on immigration policies and education system changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years in student recruitment, counseling, or sales role
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse audiences
- Knowledge of UK/Ireland education systems and institutions
- Target-driven mindset with proven sales or enrollment achievement
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
