Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging lectures and educational workshops according to the curriculum.
- Facilitate learning sessions that encourage student participation and foster skill development.
- Actively engage with prospective students to explain program benefits and value propositions.
- Identify and convert leads into enrollments by conducting effective sales consultations.
- Maintain high levels of student satisfaction through excellent support and mentorship.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize recruitment strategies and educational outreach.
- Prepare detailed reports on student progress and sales performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching, training, or public speaking.
- Demonstrated success in a sales or customer-facing advisory role.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly enrollment targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and educational management tools.
