Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive educational programs aligned with curriculum standards and regional objectives
- Conduct needs assessments and program evaluations using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and community partners to ensure program alignment and effectiveness
- Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators, and prepare detailed progress reports
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for educators and stakeholders on program implementation
- Manage program budgets, resources, and logistics efficiently
- Stay current with educational trends, policies, and best practices to enhance program offerings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in education program management or curriculum development
- Strong knowledge of Philippine educational frameworks and regional requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data collection, interpretation, and reporting
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders including government agencies
- Experience in training facilitation and adult learning methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and educational management systems
