Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of educational programs and curriculum standards across assigned schools.
- Provide technical assistance and professional development to school heads and teachers to enhance instructional quality.
- Conduct regular inspections and evaluations to ensure compliance with national and local education policies.
- Coordinate with government agencies, local officials, and community stakeholders to support educational initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on program performance, student outcomes, and educational trends.
- Develop and update educational policies and guidelines based on best practices and feedback.
- Mentor and lead a team of education officers and program staff.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s Degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license or valid Civil Service Eligibility (Substantial Evidence/Second Level).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant teaching and administrative experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine Department of Education (DepEd) policies and regulations.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make evidence-based decisions.
