Your primary focus will be on recruiting students and guiding them through the complex process of applying to top-tier education institutions. We specialize in placements across Australia, UK, Canada, USA, New Zealand, Singapore, and Malaysia. You will provide expert career counseling, assist with documentation, and ensure a smooth transition for students pursuing their higher education abroad.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their academic goals and career aspirations.
- Identify and recruit potential candidates for various international study programs.
- Guide students through the university application process, including course selection and personal statement drafting.
- Assist students in securing student visas and preparing for departure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas education partners and institutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment and sales targets.
- Organize educational seminars and campus information sessions to attract new leads.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Education or Business).
- Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Familiarity with overseas education systems and visa requirements is a plus.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and willingness to travel.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to work.
