As an Education Sales Consultant at our roadshows, you will play a crucial role in bringing our innovative solutions to families in the Central Region. We provide rigorous, paid training covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies. The base salary of $2,700 - $3,000 per month is complemented by an uncapped commission structure that rewards high performers. - Represent Geniebook at roadshows and events in the Central Region
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to parents and students
- Identify prospects and convert leads into sales through persuasive communication
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the roadshow team to optimize engagement strategies
- Provide feedback on customer insights and market trends
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments
Kualifikasi
- No prior sales experience required - full training provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality with a positive, can-do attitude
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Interest in education and technology
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays for roadshow events
- Proficient in English; fluency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus
- Must be Singaporean, PR, or hold a valid work pass
