- Lead customer acquisition strategies to onboard new parents and students into coding programs
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable educational programs based on student goals
- Manage daily centre operations including staff coordination and facility management
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and educational partners
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize conversion rates
- Organize promotional events and workshops to showcase program offerings
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in education/edtech sector
- Strong leadership skills with centre or team management experience
