Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, maintain, and optimize the university’s Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for faculty, staff, and students regarding hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate the university community on new educational technologies and software updates.
- Collaborate with academic departments to integrate technology effectively into the curriculum and classroom activities.
- Monitor system performance, identify technical issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Create and update documentation, user guides, and tutorials to support the adoption of educational tools.
- Stay updated on emerging EdTech trends and recommend relevant tools to enhance the university’s educational offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in an educational setting or as a Help Desk/IT Support specialist.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems such as Canvas, Moodle, or Google Classroom.
- Strong knowledge of office productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and multimedia tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to technical support.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends during peak academic periods.
