Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized educational consultation to students and parents based on academic goals, interests, and learning styles
- Research and recommend suitable educational programs, courses, and institutions that align with students' aspirations
- Conduct thorough assessments of students' academic backgrounds and capabilities to determine appropriate educational pathways
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, schools, and training centers
- Stay updated on the latest educational trends, curriculum changes, and admission requirements
- Prepare and present educational plans and recommendations in clear, compelling formats
- Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their educational journey
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction through effective daily operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in educational consulting, teaching, or student counseling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of educational systems, curriculum structures, and admission processes
- Proficiency in using educational assessment tools and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is highly advantageous
