Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for educational products in assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with school administrators and educational institutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and reports for management review
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in education sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel locally
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
- Knowledge of Indonesian education system and curriculum
