Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for educational products/services to schools and institutions in Belitung
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational professionals, including principals, teachers, and administrators
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase educational solutions' benefits
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and conversion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in education, publishing, or edtech sector
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of Indonesia's education landscape and institutional purchasing processes
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to travel independently across Belitung for client meetings
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
