Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and generate new sales leads within the education sector in Lumajang and surrounding areas.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and analyze competitor activities in the local region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, administrators, and educational stakeholders.
  • Present product demonstrations and training sessions to prospective clients to showcase the value of our offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the education or B2B industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license is preferred.
