Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell educational products to schools, institutions, and individual clients in Papua
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and needs assessment
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for educational stakeholders
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop localized sales strategies
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics for management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in education or publishing
- Strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Ability to travel extensively across Papua region
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Papua's education landscape and institutional networks
