Join Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food as our EHFS Section Head in Lampung and lead critical environmental, health, and food safety initiatives. This pivotal role requires you to coordinate, implement, and optimize our LK3 system (Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System) to ensure seamless operations aligned with KPI targets and annual EHFS work programs. You will drive regulatory compliance, mitigate operational risks, and foster a culture of safety excellence across our agribusiness facilities.
As Section Head, you'll spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, and develop robust emergency response protocols. Your expertise will directly support our commitment to sustainable practices, regulatory adherence, and stakeholder confidence in our food safety standards. This position offers strategic leadership opportunities in one of Indonesia's leading agribusiness enterprises.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead implementation and maintenance of LK3 system to meet KPI targets and annual EHFS work programs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure environmental, health, and safety compliance
- Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and corrective action planning
- Develop and deliver EHFS training programs for operational staff
- Monitor regulatory changes and update safety protocols accordingly
- Prepare comprehensive EHFS reports for management and regulatory bodies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety culture and systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Food Technology, or Safety Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of EHFS management experience in agribusiness/food industry
- Proven expertise with LK3 system implementation and compliance
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental and safety regulations
- Certification in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or HACCP standards
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
- Advanced problem-solving abilities in operational safety contexts
