Your day-to-day will involve conducting safety audits, maintaining regulatory compliance, and collaborating with management to implement effective safety protocols. If you are detail-oriented and eager to make a tangible impact on workplace safety, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
- Monitor and report on compliance with local OSH regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of EHS documentation and records.
- Organize and facilitate safety training sessions and toolbox talks for employees.
- Investigate workplace incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate with management to develop and update Safety Management Systems (SMS).
- Ensure proper signage and safety equipment are available and maintained throughout the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the Malaysian OSH Act and relevant safety regulations.
- Strong understanding of ISO 45001 or OHSAS 18001 standards is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EHS management software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
