Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure full compliance with local EHS regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
- Implement and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
- Develop and deliver comprehensive workplace safety training programs
- Monitor environmental performance and implement sustainable practices
- Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare and submit required EHS reports to management and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote safety culture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in EHS roles, preferably in manufacturing
- Certification in ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 management systems
- Strong knowledge of local EHS regulations and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in EHS software and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
