Join Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited as a dedicated EHS Coordinator. We are seeking a qualified and proactive Safety Coordinator to help us reduce the risk of workplace accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all employees. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and monitoring health and safety policies to ensure full compliance with local regulations. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement within our operations.
Your key focus will be on identifying potential hazards, conducting thorough risk assessments, and leading investigations into any workplace incidents to prevent recurrence. You will also be responsible for delivering essential safety training programs and coordinating emergency response drills. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's EHS policies and procedures in line with local regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit accurate safety reports and statistical data to management.
- Coordinate and facilitate safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills for employees.
- Ensure all machinery and work processes adhere to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field.
- Valid WSQ Advanced Certificate in Worksite Safety and Health (ACWSH) is highly preferred.
- Current Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Officer Certificate.
- Proven experience in EHS coordination or a similar role within the manufacturing/engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's WSH Act and related guidelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
