Join Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited as an EHS Coordinator cum Environmental Control Officer (ECO) and become a cornerstone of our commitment to operational excellence and sustainability. This critical role drives the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of site Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs. You'll ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate workplace hazards, and foster a culture of safety across all operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies aligned with Singaporean regulations and ISO standards
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify hazards
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective/preventive actions
- Manage environmental control programs including waste management, emissions monitoring, and sustainability initiatives
- Deliver EHS training programs to employees and contractors on safety protocols
- Maintain accurate EHS documentation and ensure compliance with MOM and NEA requirements
- Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain crisis management systems
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or Engineering
- Valid Environmental Control Officer (ECO) certification from NEA
- Minimum 3 years of EHS coordination experience in manufacturing/industrial settings
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's Environmental Protection & Management Act and Workplace Safety & Health Act
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in risk assessment methodologies
- Certification in EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse stakeholders
