Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS policies and procedures aligned with Singaporean regulations and international standards
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and compliance inspections across semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Lead incident investigation and root cause analysis to develop corrective action plans
- Develop and deliver targeted EHS training programs for employees across all operational levels
- Monitor environmental performance metrics and implement waste reduction initiatives
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and conduct regular drills
- Stay current with evolving EHS regulations and industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into new projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years EHS experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
- Singapore WSH certification (e.g., WSH Officer) and familiarity with MOM regulations
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
- Experience developing EHS management systems in greenfield facilities
- Advanced proficiency in EHS software and data analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to implement practical solutions
