Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs
- Conduct workplace safety audits, risk assessments, and hazard identification
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to implement preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with DOSH regulations and industry safety standards
- Manage hazardous materials handling, waste disposal, and environmental monitoring
- Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain safety documentation
- Collaborate with departments to integrate safety practices into daily operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of EHS experience in laboratory or manufacturing setting
- Certification in OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent EHS qualification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian environmental regulations (DOSH, DOE)
- Experience conducting safety audits and incident investigations
- Excellent communication and training skills for employee workshops
- Proficiency in EHS software and regulatory reporting systems
