Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS management systems aligned with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards
- Conduct regular workplace safety audits and environmental compliance inspections
- Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Deliver engaging safety training programs for employees across all departments
- Manage hazardous materials handling, waste disposal, and environmental monitoring
- Prepare EHS documentation including risk assessments, incident reports, and regulatory filings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety protocols into daily operations
- Stay current with evolving Malaysian OSHA and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related engineering field
- Minimum 3 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial setting
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or NEBOSH certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian DOSH regulations and environmental standards
- Proficient in EHS software (e.g., Intelex, ProcessMAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
- Exceptional communication abilities for training and stakeholder engagement
- Proven track record in developing EHS policies and safety culture initiatives
