Tanggung Jawab
- Collate and monitor HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) data on an ongoing basis, developing and analyzing trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Write concise, clear, and professional reports on HSSE performance, incidents, and regulatory compliance for management review.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and workplace inspections to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS policies, procedures, and management systems (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001).
- Coordinate and deliver safety training programs, orientations, and toolbox talks to employees and contractors.
- Participate in emergency response planning, drills, and incident investigations to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence.
- Support the monitoring and management of industrial hygiene, hazardous waste, and environmental compliance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. (0-2 years of experience in an EHS role).
- Strong foundational knowledge of local and international EHS regulations (OSHA, DOSH, DOE requirements).
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management) standards is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.
- Registered with DOSH as a Safety and Health Officer (SHO) or willing to pursue the Green Book certification.
