Join ENGIE Group as an EHS Executive (II) and drive impactful environmental, health, and safety initiatives across our Singapore operations. This critical role involves developing robust EHS frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of safety excellence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable practices, conduct risk assessments, and lead incident investigations. Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in Singapore's EHS regulations and possess a passion for creating safer workplaces while supporting ENGIE's global sustainability goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Conduct regular workplace safety audits and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's WSH Act and environmental regulations
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Coordinate emergency response plans and safety drills
- Manage hazardous waste disposal and environmental monitoring programs
- Deliver EHS training programs for employees at all levels
- Prepare EHS reports for management and regulatory authorities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in industrial/manufacturing settings
- Certification in NEBOSH or equivalent safety management qualification
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's EHS legislation and regulatory requirements
- Strong proficiency in EHS management software (e.g., Intelex, Enablon)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation preferred
- Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI)
