Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive EHS programs aligned with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards
- Conduct regular workplace safety audits, risk assessments, and compliance inspections
- Oversee fleet operations including maintenance scheduling, driver training, and route optimization
- Investigate incidents, prepare corrective action plans, and maintain OSHA compliance documentation
- Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure proper handling of hazardous materials
- Manage vendor relationships for fleet services and safety equipment procurement
- Analyze fleet performance metrics to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Lead safety committees and deliver training programs on regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in EHS and fleet management roles
- Professional certification in OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent safety qualification
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and environmental regulations
- Proficiency in fleet management software and safety compliance tracking systems
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Code 1-3) with clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to develop practical solutions
- Proven leadership experience in cross-functional team environments
