We are seeking a dedicated EHS Manager to join our team in Perai, Penang. As a key leader in environmental, health, and safety, you will drive compliance excellence through rigorous internal and external audit management. You'll orchestrate comprehensive EHS audits including ISO certifications, ensuring adherence to global standards while reporting directly to Corporate EHS. This role requires proactive leadership in developing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and implementing corrective actions. You'll foster a culture of safety through employee training programs and incident investigations, while maintaining meticulous documentation of all EHS activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Organize and execute internal/external EHS audits including ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
- Lead audit preparation, execution, and reporting to Corporate EHS leadership
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS management systems
- Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective/preventive measures
- Deliver EHS training programs to employees and management teams
- Ensure compliance with local Malaysian regulations and international standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of EHS management experience in manufacturing/industrial setting
- Professional certification (NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor) strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 audits
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian OSHA and environmental regulations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in incident investigation
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficient in EHS management software and Microsoft Office Suite
