We are currently looking for an experienced EHS Manager to join our team in Pasig City. The EHS Manager will be pivotal in ensuring that all operations adhere to safety protocols and legal requirements, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
As the EHS Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive safety programs, conducting risk assessments, and leading training initiatives. You will oversee compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, conduct audits, and manage incident investigations to prevent recurrence. Your leadership will ensure that safety is integrated into every aspect of our operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and national regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments across all operations to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead safety training programs for employees and management, ensuring awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Manage emergency response planning and conduct drills to ensure preparedness.
- Oversee the management of hazardous materials and waste disposal in accordance with environmental standards.
- Prepare and submit safety reports to regulatory bodies and senior management, tracking key performance indicators.
- Champion a culture of safety by promoting continuous improvement and employee engagement in safety initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in the energy or heavy industrial sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine occupational health and safety regulations (e.g., DOLE OSH Standards) and environmental laws.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
- Proven experience in incident investigation, risk assessment, and safety training delivery.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and safety management software.
