As our EHS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance. You will lead safety initiatives, conduct rigorous site audits, and foster a culture of proactive risk management across all construction operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive EHS policies and procedures for construction site operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure full compliance with local Indonesian regulations, international safety standards, and company-specific requirements.
- Lead safety training sessions and orientations for all staff and subcontractors on-site.
- Manage incident reporting, investigation, and analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare detailed EHS performance reports for senior management review.
- Coordinate with government agencies and external auditors regarding safety and environmental permits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an EHS leadership role, preferably within the construction or heavy industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian EHS laws, labor regulations, and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 45001/14001).
- Professional certifications in K3 (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja) Construction are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage emergency situations and lead crisis response efforts.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English to communicate effectively with multinational team members.
