China Construction Yangtze River Indonesia is currently seeking a diligent and safety-focused EHS Office (Confined Space Certified) to join our site operations team in Cikarang Pusat. As we continue to drive large-scale construction projects, the safety and well-being of our workforce remain our top priority.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enforcing safety standards, specifically overseeing high-risk activities within confined spaces. You will be responsible for hazard identification, risk assessment, and ensuring full compliance with local EHS regulations and company internal safety protocols. This is an urgent, contract-based position requiring immediate availability for an offline interview process and a prompt start date.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and supervise construction activities to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for all confined space entry operations.
- Issue and monitor confined space entry permits and verify safety equipment readiness.
- Perform regular safety inspections and site audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Lead safety briefings and toolbox talks for field crews regarding site-specific risks.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of safety reports, incident logs, and certification records.
- Coordinate with site management to implement corrective actions for safety non-compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EHS or HSE roles within the construction or industrial sector.
- Mandatory: Valid and active Confined Space Certification (K3 Confined Space).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian OHS laws and construction safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage safety in high-risk, fast-paced construction environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence site behavior.
- Ability to commit to an offline interview process and start work immediately.
- Proficiency in preparing safety documentation and reporting incidents.
