PERSOL is currently partnering with a prominent player in the Chemical Industry to recruit a highly skilled EHS Officer for their facility in Cengkareng. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring a zero-harm workplace, maintaining stringent compliance with local safety regulations, and fostering a culture of safety excellence.
The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of hazardous material handling and industrial safety standards. You will work closely with site management to implement, monitor, and improve health, safety, and environmental systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems tailored to chemical operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure full compliance with local government regulations, ISO standards, and internal safety protocols.
- Lead safety training programs, including emergency response, chemical handling, and PPE compliance, for all site personnel.
- Manage incident reporting, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and maintain comprehensive EHS documentation.
- Oversee hazardous waste management and ensure environmental protection practices are strictly followed.
- Coordinate with local authorities and serve as the primary liaison for safety-related audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an EHS role, preferably within the Chemical, Manufacturing, or Oil & Gas industry.
- Possess a valid K3 Umum (General OHS) Certification is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Ability to interpret complex safety data sheets (SDS) and handle chemical hazard assessments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Indonesian and English.
