Join ACM Holdings as a pivotal EHS Officer and drive excellence in workplace safety and environmental stewardship. In this critical role, you will implement, monitor, and continuously improve our Occupational Safety & Health management system to ensure regulatory compliance and cultivate a culture of safety consciousness. You will design and deliver targeted safety training programs, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, and lead incident investigations to develop preventive measures. Your expertise will support regulatory audits, maintain accurate EHS documentation, and promote sustainable practices across all operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Implement, maintain, and enhance OHS management systems aligned with ISO 45001 and local regulations
- Design, schedule, and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for employees and contractors
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with DOSH regulations and environmental standards
- Develop emergency response plans and conduct safety drills
- Manage EHS documentation, including permits, reports, and training records
- Advise management on safety improvements and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Certification in OHS (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of EHS experience in manufacturing/engineering sector
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian OSHA and environmental regulations
- Experience conducting safety audits and incident investigations
- Certified in first aid and emergency response procedures
- Proficiency in EHS software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse audiences
