Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic development and execution of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs across designated operational areas to ensure a zero-harm work environment.
- Manage complex cross-functional projects to ensure full compliance with local and international safety regulations, including OSHA and ISO 45001 standards.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations to identify hazards and implement effective corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver engaging safety training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels to promote a strong safety-first culture.
- Collaborate closely with facility management and engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain robust safety controls and engineering safeguards.
- Monitor evolving regulatory landscapes and ensure all operations remain in full compliance with government safety requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for EHS inquiries, internal audits, and external regulatory inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in EHS management, preferably within the technology, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards, ISO 45001, and relevant local labor safety regulations in Singapore.
- Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects and leading large-scale safety initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement data-driven corrective measures.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and train diverse groups effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with frequent travel requirements to various operational sites.
