Exentec is seeking a dedicated EHS Senior Executive to join our team in Kulim, Kedah. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of TCGM sites to ensure EHS compliance with government regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective EHS policies, procedures, and management systems
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Provide EHS training and awareness programs to employees at all levels
- Monitor and ensure proper implementation of control measures for identified hazards
- Prepare and submit EHS reports to regulatory bodies and senior management
- Stay updated on emerging EHS regulations and industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into business operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certification in EHS (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian EHS regulations and industry standards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify hazards and assess risks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with incident investigation and corrective action implementation
- Proficiency in EHS management software and reporting tools
