As an EHS Specialist, you will play a critical role in fostering a 'Safety First' culture. You will be on the front lines, performing rigorous site audits, leading incident investigations, and providing training that saves lives and prevents workplace injuries. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular safety audits and workplace inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Lead thorough incident investigations and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent reoccurrence.
- Facilitate comprehensive safety orientations for new hires and ongoing toolbox talks for field personnel.
- Ensure full compliance with DOLE, DENR, and other relevant environmental and safety regulations.
- Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regarding workplace safety and environmental health.
- Prepare detailed safety reports and metrics for management review.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address safety deficiencies promptly.
- Manage the maintenance and availability of personal protective equipment (PPE) across the site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) or COSH training certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an EHS or similar role, preferably in a waste management or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine safety laws, environmental regulations, and local labor standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead training sessions.
- Proven ability to remain objective and analytical during accident investigations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mexico, Pampanga.
