Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS policies aligned with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits across production facilities
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Design and deliver targeted EHS training programs for employees at all organizational levels
- Monitor environmental compliance including waste management, emissions control, and chemical handling
- Prepare regulatory reports and maintain accurate EHS documentation for internal and external audits
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment safety standards are maintained
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry
- Valid K3 certification from Indonesian authorities (SMK3 preferred)
- Proficiency in Indonesian EHS regulations and international standards (ISO, OSHA)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication abilities for training diverse employee populations
- Advanced proficiency in EHS software systems and reporting tools
