As an EHS Specialist, you will act as a subject matter expert on-site, identifying environmental, health, and safety risks before they impact our stakeholders or the environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and assess potential EHS risks across operational sites to prevent workplace incidents.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian EHS regulations (K3/Lingkungan) and internal Cargill policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and internal audits to monitor environmental and safety performance.
- Facilitate safety training programs for employees and contractors to cultivate a culture of safety awareness.
- Investigate EHS-related incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor environmental performance metrics, including waste management and emissions reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to integrate EHS initiatives into daily operational workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an EHS role, preferably within an industrial, manufacturing, or plantation setting.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Proven expertise in local Indonesian OHS (K3) legislation and environmental permit requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Certification in AK3 Umum or other relevant safety credentials is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive cultural change within a diverse team.
