Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute EHS programs aligned with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across production facilities
- Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Deliver comprehensive EHS training to employees and contractors
- Manage hazardous material handling, storage, and disposal procedures
- Ensure compliance with local Malaysian regulations and international standards
- Monitor environmental performance metrics and sustainability initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or chemical industry
- Professional certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA 30-hour)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian DOSH regulations and international EHS standards
- Proficiency in EHS software and incident reporting systems
- Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement
- Problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset for risk mitigation
