As an EHS Specialist, you will be the cornerstone of our safety culture, moving beyond simple compliance to drive proactive risk mitigation and emergency readiness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust safety frameworks, conduct technical audits, and lead high-stakes emergency response planning. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS management systems in compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local WSHA regulations.
- Lead regular safety inspections and technical audits of terminal operations to identify and mitigate operational hazards.
- Coordinate and facilitate emergency response drills, ensuring all staff are trained and equipment is ready for immediate deployment.
- Conduct thorough incident investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Manage environmental compliance programs, including waste management, spill prevention, and emissions monitoring.
- Oversee facility security protocols in accordance with the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies such as MOM, NEA, and SCDF for all EHS-related permits and reporting.
- Drive a proactive safety culture by leading safety committee meetings and delivering specialized EHS training sessions to the workforce.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Officer with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) in Singapore.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant EHS experience specifically within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Maritime Terminal sectors.
- Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) or ISPS Code internal auditor certification is highly advantageous.
- Proven expertise in risk assessment methodologies (e.g., HAZID, HAZOP, JSA).
- Strong command of Singapore's EHS legislation and international industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in incident reporting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
