Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs aligned with Indonesian regulations (K3)
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
- Coordinate employee safety training sessions and emergency response drills
- Monitor compliance with BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan requirements
- Investigate workplace incidents and prepare detailed corrective action reports
- Maintain accurate EHS documentation and regulatory reporting
- Collaborate with production teams to integrate safety into daily operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or Safety Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or ceramics industry
- Valid K3 certification from Indonesian authorities
- Strong knowledge of BPJS regulations and occupational safety standards
- Experience conducting risk assessments and safety audits
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in MS Office and safety management software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
