Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS policies and procedures
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes
- Provide EHS training to employees at all levels
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international EHS regulations
- Monitor environmental performance and implement sustainability initiatives
- Manage hazardous materials and waste disposal processes
- Prepare and submit EHS reports to management and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in EHS supervision or management
- Certification in EHS (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of local and international EHS regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience developing and implementing safety management systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in EHS software and reporting tools
