Join Cipta Mortar Utama as an EHS Supervisor and lead our commitment to workplace safety and environmental stewardship. This critical role involves overseeing all environmental, health, and safety operations at our Citeureup plant, ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations and international standards. You'll develop and implement robust safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and foster a culture where safety is prioritized at every level. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage incident investigations, and coordinate emergency response programs. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS policies aligned with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across plant operations
- Lead incident investigation processes and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Coordinate employee safety training programs and emergency response drills
- Monitor environmental compliance including waste management and emissions control
- Maintain accurate EHS documentation and prepare regulatory reports
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate safety into operational workflows
- Manage EHS budget and resources effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Certification in OSHA, ISO 14001, or equivalent safety management systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian EHS regulations (Permenaker No. 5/2018)
- Proven experience leading incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS management software
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience managing EHS programs in cement or heavy industry preferred
