Join InnoAxis Technologies as an EHS Technician and play a vital role in fostering a safe and compliant working environment. We are looking for a dedicated professional to support our Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives. In this dynamic position, you will ensure strict adherence to local regulations and internal policies, conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards before they escalate.
As the backbone of our safety culture, you will lead training sessions, manage ISO documentation, and investigate incidents to prevent recurrence. If you have a passion for protecting people and the environment, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and internal policies.
- Conduct routine site inspections, safety audits, and hazard assessments.
- Prepare and update ISO 45001 documentation, safety reports, and regulatory records.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective measures.
- Coordinate safety training programs, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills.
- Manage safety permits (e.g., hot work, confined space) and facilitate hazard reporting systems.
- Collaborate with management to maintain a culture of continuous improvement in workplace safety.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, or Environmental Health & Safety.
- Relevant EHS certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is an advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an industrial EHS role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian OSH Act and safety standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS management software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to train staff effectively.
