Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure strict adherence to local and international health and safety regulations
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS policies and management systems
- Lead comprehensive incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Design and deliver engaging safety training programs for diverse workgroups
- Conduct regular workplace safety audits and hazard assessments
- Prepare and maintain accurate EHS documentation and compliance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed safety protocols into operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of EHS experience in manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian OSH 1994 regulations and industry standards
- Certification in EHS (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency in incident investigation techniques and risk assessment methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse audiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS management software
