Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair electric motors and associated control systems
- Diagnose electrical/mechanical faults using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Perform routine inspections, lubrication, and calibration of motor components
- Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system failures
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
- Train junior technicians on best practices and troubleshooting techniques
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in electrical/mechanical engineering
- 3+ years of experience repairing industrial electric motors
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and technical manuals
- Strong knowledge of motor types (AC/DC, single/three-phase)
- Experience with diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, insulation testers)
- Certification in motor repair or electrical systems (e.g., BTEC, City & Guilds)
- Ability to work independently in diverse environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
