Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement electrical control systems, automation networks (PLC, SCADA, HMI), and industrial instrumentation.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and technical specifications for new capital projects and system upgrades.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex electrical and automation issues in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and operational manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety) to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of systems.
- Ensure all electrical and automation systems comply with local and international safety standards and quality management systems.
- Provide technical training, coaching, and support to maintenance technicians and operators on new systems and best practices.
- Monitor system performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement upgrades to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an Electrical and Automation Engineering role within a manufacturing, process, or industrial environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens S7/TIA Portal, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix/CompactLogix) and SCADA/HMI development.
- Solid understanding of electrical power systems, motor control centers (MCC), variable speed drives (VSD), and control panel design.
- Experience with industrial robotics, servo drives, motion control, and vision inspection systems is highly advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
