We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Electrical BIM Technician (Revit) to join our engineering team. This full-time, remote position is based in Metro Manila, offering you the opportunity to work on cutting-edge commercial and government projects in Australia. As an Electrical BIM Technician, you will leverage your expertise in Revit and AutoCAD to develop accurate 3D models and produce comprehensive electrical documentation.
Your key responsibilities will include creating and maintaining BIM models for electrical systems such as lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and communications. You will collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to coordinate designs across disciplines, perform clash detection, and ensure compliance with Australian standards and project BIM execution plans. You will also contribute to the development of BIM standards and workflows within the team.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong command of Revit MEP and AutoCAD, as well as a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles. Experience working on Australian projects and familiarity with local codes (AS/NZS) is highly advantageous. You should be capable of managing your workload in a remote setting, demonstrating excellent time management and communication skills.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D Revit models for electrical systems, including lighting, power, fire alarm, and communications.
- Produce detailed shop drawings, schedules, and documentation for commercial and government projects.
- Collaborate with engineers and project stakeholders to coordinate electrical designs with other disciplines.
- Ensure models comply with project BIM execution plans and Australian standards.
- Perform clash detection and resolve model conflicts using Navisworks or similar tools.
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards and best practices.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback and markups to maintain accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Electrical BIM Technician or Revit Draftsperson, preferably on Australian projects.
- Proficiency in Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD; knowledge of Navisworks is a plus.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems in commercial and government buildings.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with strong time management.
- Familiarity with Australian standards (AS/NZS) is highly desirable.
- Relevant certification in BIM or drafting (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is an advantage.
